Bukan sekali atau dua lebih dari lima kali kat opis ni aje. Ho ho tak larat, nak makan pun rasa tak sanggup. Apalah yang aku salah makan semalam yek. Puas aku renung-renungkan. Oh perutku sungguh sakit sekali.
Btw semalam petang my sister singgah umah. Diorang dari Melaka pergi ke Nilai shopping-shopping langsir then lajak ke Kajang makan satay terus ke umah aku untuk solat mandi-manda and berehat and bawak satay untuk kami. Dan bergerak balik melaka semula jam 6.30 petang. Lepas diorang gerak aku dan anak-anak buat project basuh kereta (anak-anak basuh basikal and lebih main air sebenarnya) whilst hunny bunny melayan peminat2 dia yang dok berkerumun masa dia main heli di padang depan umah aku.
Weekend yang sangat tak productif selain dari menternak body (I hate to admit this), lucky me kena CB sebab buang almost 100% food capacity yang aku consumed masa weekend baru ni (perut dah kempis ni serius hahh haha). And malam tadi bila tengok Oprah rasa jeles plak kat Gewneth Pathrow..ho ho ho I wish I have an instructor like hers, fit betul makcik tu well u know she’s billionaire aku no aire heehh heh. And the ideas from anon pasal anger management tu memang aku ada terfikir pun. Fikir aje lah cuma tak tahu le bila aku nak start. Kena startlah since dah lama tak berpeluh after office hour ni. But u know aku ni kureng sket gym ni padahal kat sini memang ada..turun aje...tapi boleh try. Seriously rindu nak start main games ni. yang ni tak apa.

Wedding invitation at Kelab Kilat on Saturday. Aku pulun makan since that’s was our lunch. I just love the kerepek bawang, nipis, rangup and sedap exactly mcm mak buat (zai will love this). That's not the point plun makan ayam masak merah, daging rendang dan apa lagi ek.
Sunday morning Mesyuarat agong PPTS at surau taman sutera. Pulun the nasi lemak sambal sotong walhal pagi2 buta aku dah bangun and masak the nasi goreng patayya for our breakfast dah pulun sesiap kat umah…malam plak pulun the satay kajang ho ho ho…now help me to count berapa jumlahnya semua calory ni.
To make the story more interesting this weekend dua-dua pagi aku tak turun jogging (bangun memang dah awal semangat tu emmang berkobar tapi kudrat aje tak de nak bergerak turun ke tasik) and dua2 petang aku tak turun padang main volleyball…

InsyaALLAH boleh apa salahnya tapi saya bantu setakat pengetahuan saya aje lah yek...bukannya bijak sangat pun heehh heeh...do sms me ok..no tahu tak?
gym workout tu buat. game tetap games. tapi workout at gym is for basic personal achievement. senang nak monitor...and try not to stop. start aje thread mill dgn cycle dulu. small but often. lunch time. kalu ada ipod apa lagu motivasi yg suka pasang. pakai masa jalan atas thread mill. it will distract u from feeling tired.
if u start this sooner then the quicker u will conquer the anger. the more u r comfortable with oyur self. the less stress u have everyday anywhere. at least weekend and evening for family..
come get going..all u need sneaker proper running workout shoes , track bottom, ipod etc and membership. 3 days week 1/2 day for first 3,4 weeks then grdually add to 1 hour . u ll see the difference.
one more thing. treat gym as your own time for your self alone. time to reflect and think while walking on thread mill. time to strategies,planned in head while on threadmill. that is where other executives like urself did when they handling stressful work/job.
kalu oegi gym ada comitment.. sebab u hv to pay.. and easy to monitor..
to start with macam kayuh basikal naik bukit tak de momentum, once after a while you will get the hang of it..
additional exercise after work with friends and family tu treat as activity /separate altogether.
after a while ok as you can add the level of resistance during workout. so you eat apapun tak regret etc. i used to anti gym, but now i'm ok.

mental discipline-mental focus-stretching the mental ability to the limit-self control alot more etc
IN ADDITION TO THAT:
when i suggested pegi gym to just pegi gym je tau untk feel healthy and release stress at average of std living soul. Not to overdo until becoming an obsession. Asyou have your main priority with work,husband and anak anak and also your self. Meaning if overdo with atheletic u will incur more additional issues such as injuries and demanding physical exercise and comitment.Which is a bit terover..
well unless yo make a profession of it...
so agak agakle ya..
