breakfast @ Taman Sutera

Banyak sangat perkara yang berlaku serentak lately Dalam kepala aku ni mcm-mcm plan yang dah ada cuma nak kick off aje belum mula lagi...this time all plan a bit terbantut sebab preggy dan memang tak ada kudrat sgt kalau tak sure by now aku dah full swing

I was actively involved in one of the so call business persatuan. Walaupun dalam membuyung ni so far tak pernah miss the meeting and all the perjumpaan. Being actively involed with the forum as well. I need to capture as much information as I can before I can full kick start on my plan. Tu yang sabtu baru ni orang dok sibuk bercuti aku lepas aje breakfast dengan geng2 wanita taman sutera terus pecut ke UPM for the meeting. I was lucky being the members of the persatuan. I was lucky hunny bunny was taking care of the kids. Thanks yang.

Majority of the members are younger than me and the best part is some of them memang business kaw-kaw punya....one of them is 24years old awek yang dah ada company sendiri. Seriuosly aku rasa jauhnya ketingalan. Btw they all called me akak...haha hahah..terasa tua occay, persatuan memang cargas sungguh. Hopefully I managed to catch up the rhytm. Btw the kick start need quite a big modal. After did some calculation I guess at least I need 20-30K to start up on full swing mode.

I need to made up my mind. Boleh ke nak tambah hutang lagi RM700/month ni. Was thinking about this again and again. I think this time I should pejam mata aje lah kot. I really need the kedai to kick start and I'm not willing to pay the rent. So I was thinking to buy instead of to rent. Tu la but buying kedai is not like you buy a nasi lemak. Aku memang dah spot the location. It's not my first time asking about the kedai at that area...iskhhh cumanya..iskhh so many things need to think of. Kalau tak sampai bila la aku dok fikir nak beli ke tak nak ni. Hopefully semoga ALLAH permudahkan urusan aku ini. Just rasa mcm sayangnya nak let go my hard earn saving to pay the DP. Memang banyak lah kan and some more banyak benda lain yang harus difikir sama..

Btw this kind of business info, people will not simply jual and share with other people.Might as well they keep it for themselfkan. But I found this group of people memang really sincere to help us. Doa-doakan lah yek kengkawan hopefully by 2010 aku dah full swing. Have my own business and run a few kedai as plan. Quit not yet since the ecomony relly looks uncertainty.
