KPI time

Mcm biasa life is a bit hip hop up side down..ya ka???...bila orang lain kelam kabut...aku pun turut jadi kelam kabut mcm hari ni..makan pun lambat dah le dengan heart burn nya. End up pukul 3.30 baru makanan masuk dalam perut yang memang kelaparan yang amat. Kena siapkan memo yang nak masuk tender comm lusa..aku yang akan present since boss will attend the AKP.

The assessment period is around the corner. Tadi boss dah calling discuss on my competency...overall aku berpuas hati...slightly higher from last year punya rate walaupun ada satu portion yang aku argue gak ngan boss. I feel i should get higher in that area but never mind la will improve it next year. Alhamdulillah walaupun it's still not the final say by the kerajaan langit, hopefully this will be the final one la. So far yang aku ingat dah 2 tahun competency aku tak di slash...that's the good sign.

Bila saat2 ini datang you will start hearing people soh seh soh seh here and there. Just keep smiling specially to ur anak-anak buah. Some might berseri2 muka bila tgk rating mereka some might rasa tak puas hati. Biasalah tu kan. One of my anak buah also has one portion yang dia tak agree on the rating. I'm open in this..if u think u deserve that i don't have a problem to rate you higher. Now she can smile sampai ke telinga.
